If I were a rich man…

If you had all the money in the world, would you invest it in real estate? Why? Who came up with such a radical idea?! I’ll tell you why! Because all rich people invest in real estate in one form or another. In fact, majority of people who became rich or richer, attribute their wealth generation to real estate investing.I know what you’re going to say, “All these rich people already had money that they invested further.” That is somewhat true. So while rich people had money to invest, it doesn’t automatically mean that we, the simple folks cannot start investing with smaller sums. We don’t have to buy mansions like rich people, in fact we don’t have to buy anything ourselves.

There’s a much simpler and easier way to invest. It can be completely passively: by joining the forces of other sophisticated and accredited investors that become investors through multi-family syndications and allow the real estate pro’s do their job of buying the right investments at the right place, at the right price, and at the right time.
How does one begin such journey? It’s simple, just refer to my article “Where to begin when it comes to passive real estate investing“.
